Sudoku meets murder mystery.

Every suspect is somewhere on the grid. One of them never left the victim's side.

What is a Murdoku?

A Murdoku is a crime scene drawn as a grid and divided into rooms. Each suspect tells you something true about where they stood. Place all of them, and the murderer is the one person left alone with the victim.

Three rules, and that is all

Never a guess

Every case we publish is checked by our own solver: it has exactly one solution, and that solution can be reached by reasoning alone. If a puzzle needed guessing, it would not be here.

Five levels

Difficulty is measured by the reasoning a case demands, not by how big the grid is. A gentle case yields to reading the clues; a hard one asks you to think several moves ahead.
